2024 Panini NSCC Case Breaker packs are a promotional release that is similar to the Silver Packs that are provided to box buyers. These cards are exclusive to participating dealers at The National’s case break pavilion and include a serial numbered base set, rare inserts, and randomly inserted autographs. Matt’s Opinion: There is very little information available about this release, and since I’m not in Cleveland I can’t simply go and find out myself. Previous years offered attractive cards and are sought after by collectors.
