2018-19 UD Chronology Volume 1 is the first release that comes from Upper Deck’s new exclusivity deal with the NHL Alumni Association. This partnership allows Upper Deck to greatly increase the number of retired stars included in their products, and gives them access to a wide range of players. The set does feature a great deal of player autographs, with at least 1 included in each box. Other hits include relics, auto relics, and Rip Cards. Lucky fans can also fine extremely rare redemptions for full sized relics, including select championship rings. Most sets in this release feature serial numbers, but there are still some key sets that require a breakdown of the pack odds.
