2017-18 UD SPX/Black is a combination of two products that are traditionally released separately. The late release of 2016-17 UD Black is the likely cause of this combination. This release is going to be hit or miss for most people. With only 1 card per pack, there is a big risk/reward factor to take into account. Additionally the traditional big hit teams may not have as many cards as expected, while more “mid-pack” teams such as Ottawa and Vancouver find themselves at the top of the heap. My best advice is to avoid Nashville at all costs, as they only have 1 card in the product. For more team-by-team breakdowns, be sure to checkout Breakninja. In order to help you navigate this, I have thrown together a breakdown of the pack odds, enjoy.
